This flexible approach is ideal for people who need structured support but do not require residential or inpatient treatment. When a higher level of care is needed, we arrange warm hand-offs to community partners.

What We Offer

Our clinicians review substance use, physical health, and mental wellness to create a personalized care plan. Physician assessments and core RAAM services are OHIP-insured; we explain any coverage details at intake.

When appropriate, we prescribe and monitor medications proven to help reduce withdrawal symptoms, manage cravings, and support long-term recovery. Medically necessary medications are mostly all covered or subsidized under OHIP or related provincial drug benefit programs.

We provide brief individual counselling, motivation-building, and relapse-prevention strategies, with secure virtual follow-ups available – all included under OHIP-insured services. When longer-term or group therapy is helpful, we coordinate referrals to community programs.

Because addiction often comes with mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, or trauma, we screen, offer short-term support, and coordinate referrals to specialized mental-health services when needed.
